I'm so proud, my daughter Hannah has graduated with a 2:1 Law degree!!
She has also been awarded a Graduate Award for voluntary work throughout her 3 years at Sheffield Uni, eg mentoring younger students, helping out at an after school homework club etc.
All this while still managing to party!!

Love, Doreen xx

Thanks for the congratulations!I'll pass them on to Hannah.
And yes Julie, she obviously takes after me in the brains departmentRollEyes (wondered where mine had gone!).
She is still in Sheffield, probably unconscious on the champagne by now (poor students? a myth!)
Results didn't come out till 3.30pm so I've been a nervous wreck all day!
I desperately want to give her a hug but won't see her till Sunday!

Doreen xx

Good luck to Jamie for his Masters, when does he get those results?

Hi Doreen

Well done Hannah, excellent news. It really does make you feel proud doesn't it? I felt the same with Abby last year although I feel slightly ashamed to admit that I was more chuffed that she won Sportswoman of the Year for her contribution to Bangor Dance Club!! I sometimes wondered whether she did more dancing than psychology Smile A great achievement for Hannah with recognition of her voluntary work too ThumpUp

Fabulous news Doreen - no wonder you are proud of her. Have you spoken to her since yesterday? I bet there was plenty of celebrating going on in Sheffield.

Ha ha, no I haven't spoken with her yet today Julie!
You would have been wise to stay out of the town centre last night!
